Phew, Dosh! So much work went into this project. The customer came to me with the idea, "Put your card numbers in an app, shop normally, then discover cashback waiting for you." A design-only prototype was built for fundraising, which brought in the first seed money. During the actual production of the product, everything changed from the prototype - from features to branding, as the ideal user changed from wealthy fashionistas to everyday people looking to get a little cash back in their pockets. I dived head first into Dosh, coming up with everything from the logo, color scheme, tone of voice, marketing messaging, and some pretty key decisions that made a difference in the product. Dosh was eventually acquired by Cardlytics for $265million. It was a wild ride! Ask me about it sometime.
